HOW TO SHED OFF POUNDS OF YOUR FRAME IN NUMBERED DAYS

Every one wants to cut off huge chunks of weight in less than no time,for health reasons or to just keep fit. Here, I throw a challenge to you. Stick to the following and see the desired effect that you will get in a few weeks time.

1 - Diet.
-Embrace diets that minimize starches, sugars and animal fats. Avoid pastries, soft drinks, candies, cakes, patato chips, fries. Instead, consume a diet made of vegetables, fiber and lean proteins. These foods are less prone to being converted to fats and contain vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Consume more of kales, spinach, fat free yoghurt,  soy products and many more nutritious diets.

2 - Drink plenty of water.
Instead of taking sugary drinks, several cups of water could magically boost your immune system, give your skin a great glowing and shiny look, lasting energy and more so, making you look more younger than before.

3 - Develop good eating habits.
Human beings can eat out of boredom. Once in a while you could go back to your old eating habits. However, harden yourself to follow your diet strictly and diligently.

- Never skip meals or eat late in the night.
Skipping meals could make you lose weight in a short time but it makes you lose you stamina and you health deteriorates quickly. Eating right before you sleep, will make you gain weight as the calories are converted to fats, since the body is metabolizing at a very low pace.

2. Exercise.
Spare at least one hour a day for exercises. Before you start,do some warm up like stretching,  jogging to loosen you muscles and prevent injury. Cardiovascular exercise is necessary to keep you heart rate up, for the entire exercise and burn calories. Mere walking for some distance is healthy too .
