How I value honourable Jacob Kaimenyi's words that university students should not eat HELB money anyhow. Students are ever in dire need of some dough to satisfy their countless needs. But whatever the amount you get, you better spent it sparingly. Just a piece of advice to the spendthrift out there.

Jimmy had been living big. His sense of fashion and the bevy of sultry lasses that made up his company was remarkable, courtesy of borrowing from his friends with well of backgrounds.
Truth be told, Jimmy was ashamed of his background and he struggled tooth and nail to fit into other people's lifestyles and please others. He had indulged into drug peddling and the little Mullah he got, he wasted it in cheap drinks and campus ratchets. Thanks to the ring of comradeship he had made with all the guys he interacted with positively.
Jimmy was a notorious beggar cum bragger. When with his crew he would be bought for drink, drugs, whores etc...but when with his girlfriends he would brandish expensive jewels and electronic devices to attract their attention. He was popular and liked by many but his habit of borrowing sickened his pals.
His habit became his actions.
Friends started walking out on him on realising he had huge debts to pay and whenever he borrowed their money he ever promised to return but he never did.
One of his cohorts teamed up with his rivals to expose him badly. They matched towards a local police station, presented their complaints with evidence. Within no time he was collected from his place by some rough cops. After a moment of interrogation, he was accused of mistreating the poor students. He was rude enough to claim that in 4 hours time he would clear his debts and will be set free. He went straight to the bank to withdraw all the money He had been receiving from Helb, only to realise that most of it was being incorporated in school fees,and the four thousand remaining was too little to even bribe any of the cops. Whatever happened afterwards, he will live to remember.
